Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms,” “User Agreement,” “Agreement”) carefully before using our Platform. Please also review our Privacy Policy to understand how we use the personal information you provide to us.

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) constitute a public offer by Stiktek LLC, EDRPOU code: 45548110, located at: 18018, Cherkasy, Solomianska St., building 25, apartment 70 (hereinafter referred to as the Administration), and are addressed to any legally capable person (hereinafter referred to as the User) under the conditions set forth below. Registration through the special form available at: https://next.mssg.me/auth/signup constitutes the User’s unconditional and indisputable acceptance of these Terms.

The term “Platform” means the service provided through the mssg.me web service or application with the relevant functionality, including the creation of personal pages, placement of links, collection of requests, contact details, digital content, and the use of paid features.

Your access to and use of the Site/Platform/Application depend on your agreement to and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors and users who access the site and services.

By accessing or using the Site/Platform/Application, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must stop using the Site/Platform/Application.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these Terms of Use, or to change, suspend, or terminate access to the Site/Platform/Application (including, without limitation, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time by sending a notice through the Platform, by email, or by another appropriate means of electronic communication. We may also impose restrictions on certain features and services or limit users’ access to parts of or the entire site or services without prior notice and without liability. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site/Platform/Application, and you acknowledge and agree that failure to comply with this User Agreement or providing false assurances may result in the cancellation/blocking of your User account and/or the services provided to you, with or without notice to you, without the possibility of refunding any funds paid for the use of the Platform and related services.

Although we provide timely notice of changes, you should also periodically review these Terms of Use for possible changes. Your continued use of the Site/Platform/Application after notice of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of such changes, which will apply to your continued use of the Site/Platform/Application in the future. Your use of the Site/Platform/Application is subject to the Terms of Use in effect at the time of such use. This version of the Terms of Use is dated May 19, 2026.

Payment for the Service

Use of the Platform is paid on the basis of a monthly or annual subscription. If you have switched to any paid tariff plan that is currently available for activation or was previously available, and have provided your card payment details or made a payment via LiqPay or another payment method available in Ukraine, the amount equal to the cost of the selected tariff plan, as indicated on the tariff plan page in your personal account, will be charged to your account monthly or annually.

For payments made via LiqPay, the service provider and recipient of funds is Stiktek LLC.

Payment will continue until you cancel the subscription through your personal account on the Platform. After cancellation of the subscription, access to paid features remains available until the end of the already paid period, unless otherwise specified in the tariff.

Subscription terms may change. Please carefully review the information provided in your personal account and read the emails sent to the email address specified during registration.

Eligibility to Use

You warrant that you have reached the age from which you are entitled to use the Site/Platform/Application in your country of residence/citizenship, but in any case you must be at least 16 years old. If you have not reached this age, please do not use the Site/Platform/Application. In addition, you may not access or use the Site/Platform/Application if your access to or use of the Site/Platform/Application is prohibited by or contrary to any applicable local, state, national, or international laws and regulations. You must immediately notify us of any changes in your eligibility to use the Site/Platform/Application.

Notices and Restrictions

The Site/Platform/Application may contain Content provided by us and our partners. Such content is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other rights and laws. Except where expressly permitted by us, you agree not to modify, copy, frame, scrape, lend, lease, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on such Content, in whole or in part. You must comply with all copyright notices, information, and restrictions contained in any Content available through the Site/Platform/Application.

Rules of Conduct

As a condition of use, you agree not to use the Site/Platform/Application for any purposes prohibited by these Terms of Use.

You must not:

  • Take any actions that impose or may impose, as determined by us at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure or the infrastructure of our third-party providers;
  • Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the Site/Platform/Application or any activities conducted on the Site/Platform/Application;
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site/Platform/Application, or to other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site/Platform/Application;
  • Run any form of autoresponder or “spam” on the Site/Platform/Application;
  • Use manual or automated software, devices, or other processes to “crawl” or “spider” any page of the Site/Platform/Application;
  • Collect or scrape any content or personal data from the Site/Platform/Application;
  • Perform any actions in violation of our guidelines and policies, use software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed or intended to disrupt, damage, limit, or interfere with the operation of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment, or to damage or gain unauthorized access to any system, data, passwords, or other information belonging to us or any third party;
  • Post and/or distribute pornographic materials, as well as propaganda of pornography and child erotica, advertisements for intimate services, or links to dating websites using the features provided by the Site/Platform/Application;
  • Distribute any other prohibited information, including information that harms the health and/or development of children, including extremist materials, as well as materials aimed at restricting human rights and freedoms on the basis of race, nationality, religion, language, or gender; materials inciting violence against a person or cruelty to animals; materials calling for other unlawful acts, including those explaining the procedure for manufacturing and using weapons, narcotic substances and their precursors, etc., using the features provided by the Site/Platform/Application;
  • Offer for sale goods or services that violate the laws of the country in which the activity is carried out. The Service has the right to refuse service without explanation;
  • Use the Site/Platform/Application for phishing or fraudulent purposes;
  • Post and/or distribute links to various offline or online casino websites using the features provided by the Site/Platform/Application;
  • Commit other unlawful acts, including gaining unauthorized access to confidential information, distributing such information, unlawfully accessing computer information, and using or distributing malicious computer programs;
  • Use the Site/Platform/Application in the following regions: Russia, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Crimea.

You must not, directly or indirectly:

  • Decode, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain any code of the Site/Platform/Application or the underlying ideas or algorithms of any part of the Site/Platform/Application, including, without limitation, any application, except where applicable laws expressly prohibit such restriction;
  • Modify, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of any part of the Site/Platform/Application;
  • Use any intelligent systems, robots, scrapers, or any similar data collection tools;
  • Copy, rent, lease, lend, distribute in any way, or otherwise transfer any rights you receive under these Terms of Use.

Trademark

The name and logos of the Site/Platform/Application are identifying marks or brands of the service company. Nothing in these Terms of Use or on the Site/Platform/Application shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of our trademarks, identifiers, or logos displayed on the Site/Platform/Application without our prior written permission. All goodwill arising from the use of our trademarks shall inure exclusively to our benefit.

Warranties

Access to the Site/Platform/Application is provided “as is” and “as available”; however, we make every effort and take all reasonably possible technical and legal measures to ensure the safe use of our site and to ensure the security and legality of the information you provide.

We are not responsible for criminal, illegal, negligent acts or omissions of third parties related to the use of the Site/Platform/Application.

In the event of legal proceedings, they shall be conducted in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine in the appropriate court, in compliance with jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or excluded to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms of Service remain in full force and effect and continue to be enforceable. The failure of either party to exercise any right provided herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any other additional rights under these Terms. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of our right to later enforce that or any other part of these Terms of Use. A waiver of compliance with any provision in any specific case does not mean that we will waive compliance in the future. For any waiver of compliance with these Terms of Use to be binding, we must provide you with written notice of such waiver through one of our authorized representatives.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Administration shall in no event be legally liable for any incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, actual, special, or other damages, including loss of income, lost profits, moral damages, including pain and suffering or emotional distress, the cost of substitute goods or services, or similar damages caused to you or any third party arising in connection with our provision of the Service, or termination of such provision for any reason, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Administration assumes no liability for any content posted or available through the services, including infringement claims related to such content.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Non-Transferability of Rights and Obligations

These Terms of Use are personal to you and may not be assigned by agreement except with our prior written consent. We may transfer or delegate any of our rights and obligations under these Terms without any consent.

Refunds

If the subscription was made through the LiqPay payment system or another payment method available in Ukraine, the first subscription payment for any paid tariff is guaranteed to be refundable upon a corresponding refund request submitted through the Service’s support team or via email at [email protected], provided that the refund request was made within 14 days from the date of payment. Subsequent subscription payments are non-refundable.
